Main responsibilities include “Handling Matters Related to meetings of the Board of Directors and Shareholders’ Meetings in accordance with the Law”, “Preparing Minutes of Board meetings and Shareholders’ Meetings”, “Assisting Directors in Their Appointment and Continuing Training”, “Providing Information Required for Directors to Perform Business”, “Assisting Directors in Complying with Laws and Regulations”, and “Other Matters Stipulated by Laws and Regulations, Articles of Association or Contract”, etc.

1. Assist the Board of Directors and the Shareholders’ Meeting in complying with the laws of meetings.
2. Assist in reviewing the material information announcements of important resolutions of the board of directors and the shareholders’ meeting, release correct material information in accordance with the law, and ensure that investors have access to equivalent information.
3. Assist directors in performing their duties, providing required information and arranging refresher courses for directors.
4. Assist in reminding directors of their rights and obligations.
5. Assist in handling the liability insurance of directors, supervisors and important employees, and report to the board of directors.
